Morgaine Hombücher studied Mathematics at Technical University Munich, completed with BSc, and obtained her MSc in Biology at Ludwig Maximilians University Munich.
In her Bachelor Thesis "Portfolio Optimization with robust estimation" she developed algorithms for financial applications. In her Master Thesis "Populations Genetics Methods applied to DLBCL" she transfered algorithms from Evolutionary Biology to Cancer Research.
From 2013 to 2014 she worked at Baader Bank, a Munich-based investment bank, as trainee in the financing group and as working student in the equity research department, and contributing to a Big Data project.
From 2018 to 2022 she worked as Manager IT Solutions D/A/CH at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing leading a team of software project managers.
In 2024, Morgaine Hombücher founded Mogivie Sàrl to help clients in the life science and financial industry implementing state-of-the art technologies.

Andreas Janoschek studied Mathematics at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, Germany, Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland, and obtained his MSc at the University of St Andrews, Scotland, with Distinction.
From 2007 to 2010 he worked at the Mathematics Department of Technical University Darmstadt, Germany, as Research Associate and pursued Doctoral Studies on Sequential Monte Carlo methods, a type of learning algorithms with wide range of applications.
From 2011 to 2015 he worked as portfolio manager for Allianz Global Investors in Frankfurt with assignments in London, Paris and Hong Kong.
From 2015 to 2016 he helped insurance companies to introduce Solvency II working as a manager at KPMG.
From 2016 to 2022 he worked for MEAG, the asset manager of Munich Re and ERGO, as portfolio manager and later Senior Investment Strategist.
From 2022 to 2024 he was Chief Investment Officer at Athora Germany, a life insurance company in the portfolio of Apollo Global Management.
In 2024, Andreas Janoschek moved to Geneva and joined Mogivie Sàrl to help clients to navigate sucessfully through the AI revolution.
